Hard Drive Fails
It's possible that the hard drive could have failed, but there are a few other things we can check before concluding that. Here are some steps to help diagnose the issue:
Run Built-in Diagnostics: Restart your computer and press the F2 key to access the BIOS setup. From there, you can run the built-in diagnostics to check the health of your hard drive and other hardware components.
Check BIOS Settings: Ensure the date and time are correct, and check the boot sequence to make sure the hard drive is prioritized.
Reseat the Hard Drive: Turn off the computer, unplug it, and open the case to check if the hard drive is securely connected to the motherboard.
Try Booting in Safe Mode: Restart your computer and press the F8 key repeatedly before the Windows logo appears. If you can boot into Safe Mode, you might be able to perform a system restore or other repairs.
Use Windows Recovery Media: If you have a Windows installation or recovery media, you can boot from it and use the Startup Repair tool to fix boot issues
